The Artist Behind Fantasy Trove
My name is Julie, and Fantasy Trove began with a lifelong love of art, fantasy and storytelling.
Long before I started designing jewelry, I was deeply involved in cosplay and costume design. I created elaborate fantasy costumes inspired by fairytales, medieval legends and fictional worlds, eventually becoming a featured cosplay guest at conventions and winning multiple awards, including "Best In Show" at Indiana Comic Con.
Over the years, my work was featured in magazines and recognized within the cosplay community for its attention to detail and artistic craftsmanship. Through cosplay, I discovered how much I loved creating pieces that allowed people to feel transformed — as though they had stepped into another world.
That passion naturally evolved into jewelry design.
Today, many of my creations are inspired by enchanted relics, antique heirlooms, magical keys, fairytale royalty, woodland creatures and forgotten treasures. I love designing jewelry that feels meaningful, mysterious and personal — pieces that spark imagination and tell a story.
From Fantasy to Jewelry Artistry
Fantasy Trove officially began in 2011 as a small creative passion project and slowly grew into a full-time business built entirely by hand.
What started as a hobby quickly became something much larger after customers began connecting emotionally with my jewelry designs and the stories behind them. Since then, I have had the privilege of creating jewelry for thousands of customers around the world.
Every piece is personally designed, assembled, inspected and packaged by me from my studio in Indiana.
Unlike large mass-produced retailers, I do not outsource my work to factories or fulfillment centers. I believe handmade jewelry should feel personal from beginning to end.
