Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fantasy Trove Designs! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and the speed depends on which shipping method you select (Standard, Expediting, etc.)  Orders are shipped from the United States.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially during inclement weather or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.

Shipping rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Domestic orders (within the United States) will benefit from free shipping on orders $50 or more.

Tracking

A tracking number will be issued once your order has shipped and sent via email.  Please check your spam folder if you haven't received one.  You may also inquire about your order by contacting us at service@fantasytrove.com
