Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for custom orders. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, will be issued as soon as the return merchandise is received and in good condition.
Sales are final on the White Gold and Rose Gold Heart Rings, but exchanges are acceptable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are also accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for custom orders. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. There is no restocking fee for exchanges. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
To request a return or exchange, please contact service@fantasytrove.com with your order number for return instructions.
Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. While each item is checked for flaws and carefully packaged before shipping, I have no control over what happens to it once it is in transit.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
